Paten, Apple Kembali Gugat Samsung di Korea Selatan

Apple Inc. has recently filed gugutan to Samsung Electronics in South Korea. In the lawsuit, as revealed by local court officials said that Samsung had violated several patents.

"It is no coincidence that the latest products from Samsung lot like the iPhone and iPad ranging from hardware to user interface and even the packaging," said an Apple spokesman was quoted as saying in Korea PULSAonline via Reuters.

As we all know Apple is Samsung's second-largest client after Sony Corp. According to Samsung's quarterly report, Apple touted as a buyer of a semiconductor company based in South Korea this.

While Samsung is at the forefront as the fastest vendor behind 'booming' its Android operating system and has emerged as the strongest competitor in the market Apple tablet.

The second feud smartphone vendor related patent has also been revealed some time ago.
